Vista Green Apartments

These apartments aren’t horrible but the office people are incompetent, wont answer any questions directly and misplace paperwork that may benefit the renter.nIf you have other options to live somewhere do it and keep all of your paperwork.

The staff lies to get your application fee. Then send messages being rude. Yet I got told a eviction at zero in Jan would not count. The staff said she can’t help what others say. She refused the corporate number. I have witnesses to the conversation.

This place is the worse place you could ever rent from. This is where all of the shootings in Midwest City happen- but that is the good part. The managers (God only knows where they dig them up-) change every three months and they are worse every time. Ghetto and falling apart. Maintenence people nice but given no $ to do anything properly.

Worst complex I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve lived here since September and have regretted it ever since. The central air and heat is a window unit with duct tape around it. You can forget about a thermostat for the a/c, the light switch will have to do. So far my kitchen has flooded along with my living room because apparently the front doors are just for looks. I just left and went to the store and back and half of my apartments electricity doesn’t work and surprise I can’t get a response from management or maintenance. AVOID THIS COMPLEX AT ALL COSTS!!

This apartment is my absolute favorite I know some friends who used to live there and it was a great hangout place.nIt's beautiful and me and my girlfriend love the rustic feel. Reminds her of the country. We love it. Can't wait to move in.
