We've had the pleasure of working with Rick as our property manager for 12 years. Our house has been well taken care of. He's done a great job finding tenenants who pay. He does his job and he does it well. We get our rent, we have our house occupied at a high rate, and the property is cared for. He doesn't play around with renters who don't pay which is probably why there is negative feedback from the renters. Thank you Rick and his staff!

I love the how much Accurate Realty communicates with me. Their communication borderlines on obsessive, but as an owner I would much rather have too much than too little. They are extremely on the ball with my property. I can trust them with filling vacancies (there aren’t many) and taking care of mishaps along the way. Thanks for putting my mind at ease.

I really can't say enough good things about this company. Not only are they a great property managment company their response time is amazing. I own a house (my ex wife lives in) and rent a home from here. When something broke at my home it took me days to get a company out to fix the issue. While renting this home most issues have been fixed same day and often times the repair tech is waiting on me when I pull up. I would highly recommend this company to anyone trying to rent or in need of a great property managment company to manage their rentals.

We just bought a new home in the area and I am pleased with the way they took care of us. They were plenty experienced and that helped us to avoid a lot of speed bumps. I would recommend them and want to thank them for their tireless help and wealth of real estate knowledge.

Don't bother with this company. My plumbing has been messed up since I have moved into this house 2 years ago and they still havnt fixed it. The plumbers have told me there are roots in the lines but they can't do anything about it until this company approves. Now that have tried to charge me for all the times the plumber has had to come out here saying it's our fault. I have been trying to get ahold of these people for 2 weeks and they keep avoiding me. DON'T GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE THE WORST.
