Easy, quick move-in process. Questions were answered quickly. Apartment was clearly well-maintained. Easily one of the best options for housing near Tinker AFB.

If I could this place zero stars I would. I have to say living here was one of the worst mistakes I made. This place doesn't care about the safety of the residents. Had an excuse for everything that I reported. From the time I moved in I started having a leaks in the ceiling when we would have those horrible storms and of course reported it every-time I notice it and didn't get fixed til almost the end of my lease and wasn't offered another unit or nothing not even discounting my rent. Yes the price was okay but for the mount of water damage I had to deal with it was not worth it. This places has changed so many time in management and maintenance staff and I was expecting at least my deposit back for dealing with this for months and ask to speak with the new manager and was told they will call me back this was in October when I moved out and now were in December and no one will answer my calls now. Honestly take your money somewhere else! There are better places to look for in this area and if you do end up living here don't say I didn't warn you.

I've been in the raintree Meadows apartments for almost 3 years. the office ladies are fantastic they go above and beyond when it comes to taking care of their residents. The maintenance guys do a great job keeping the grounds nice and enjoyable for the residence. And anytime there's a maintenance issue they reply in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing a good place to call home. The office girls go above and beyond to make residents feel like this is a family setting and I could not be happier with my time here.
