I moved in September 11, 2020. They had a first months rent for free special and that’s how they got me. I saw many red flags while on property such as rushed walk through and how the lease talks about the complex KNOWINGLY having bed bugs, and basically it’s on you...nSooo fast forward 2 months from now y’all and I have not one, but TWO MFN MICE in my place!! I legit suffer from PTSD with mice and working from home, I can’t have any type of distraction. Imagine taking calls( I work at a call center) and a freaking mouse runs across your foot?! Yea, you’ll be livid too.nNow don’t get me wrong, the complex is under new new and newer management I guess and they seem like friendly people. BUT BABY THESE MICE... y’all, the mice are in the WALLS... the little mf dug from the wall into the bottom of the crowning into my place. I stay in a 1bed/1bath, paying $714/month(which I was told differently by Ms. Renee) to deal with mice? It’s against Oklahoma law to have a place infested with mice and have tenants living there. I will also be reporting this to OKHUD. I can’t sleep or eat because my anxiety is thru the roof.

They waited a full week after we paid our rent to hit us with a bs pest control charge of 180 and only gave us five days to pay. Probably the scummiest apartment management I have had in years. Also unable to even perform their job right .nnWould be great to talk to the office if they were not closed all day

I’ve lived @ Cedar Hills Apartments for almost 5 years and love it, I’m very picky about my living environment especially since I have Children, However these Apartments has been everything I’ve needed and very professional, The apartment Manager is awesome, she’s friendly with the kids and anything your needing done she immediately takes care as long as brought to her attention, She wants you to be comfortable at your living environment and I definitely have been, She works very hard and helps more then I’ve seen any apartment managers do, you definitely can tell her hearts in it. And the Maintance is quickly at your door when you need him and great at his job, one of the things I really liked is he asked if I needed anything else n would like to see what he fixed to make sure I was satisfied before he leaves and of course I’m ALWAYS pleased with what he’s done, I absolutely love these Apartments and recommend it to those who care about their safety and their Children, Thank You

When I first moved in it was great... quiet...well maintained...but then here come the bedbugs... never had them before so OMG frenzy...then to find out an entire building had them... she let the people that had them move from building to building....nIn 2 months 5 families moved out that same building....now you want me to pay...nope but I am gonna sue u

The apartment staff is friendly and worked with me to make sure I was comfortable. Maintenance is awesome and the community is quiet and clean.
