I had found a puppy in the middle of the rain in January sitting injured in the middle of the street. I was less than a mile from this office. The operator hissed at me in broken English that she would not help me. She would not answer any questions or inform me of ways to care for the dog at all and hung up on me mid sentence. Evil scum. I called Oklahoma animal control and they simply directed me to a shelter in Del City. What a waste of tax dollars these people are.
