Long John Silver's

Nice and clean. Emerald was such a joy with kind words. Very helpful, very professional. She took our order and she was cleaning the lobby and was also asking us if we needed anything else to make our stay with Long John / A&W enjoyable. Thank you to all the crew at work there today.

30 March 2021. My wife and I made the mistake of choosing this location for a quick burger. It took over 10 minutes to receive our order. My wife's single burger was supposed to be without cheese. It had cheese and the bun was hardened as if it had been placed on the grill at the same time as the dry patty. My burger was supposed to be a Papa burger combo, and without onion. It had onions and the burger and bread were also dry. There was no ice in the vending machine and my serving of french fries was scanty, about fifteen fries. That worked out okay, because I requested ketchup and stated I like a little french fries with my ketchup. I was give about a dozen and a half packets of ketchup, which is the next issue. Most of the ketchup packets were in two clumps, because they were glued together with dried ketchup, which had leaked out of torn packets. I barely had enough ketchup to cover my 15 fries. I think they must have split my french fries with another customer instead of frying another batch.

Told them three times that l wanted the shrimp and fish dinner. I said are you sure you understand what l want. They repeated my order back to me and it was correct. I drove up to the window and paid for it. I never bothered to check my order there. I got home and had no shrimp for my husband's dinner. I live 5 miles from there and l am night blind. There is no way l could go back and ask them to correct it. This is not the first time something like this has happened when ordering from there. Never again.

Another terrible fast food drive thru that takes too long even with there are only a few cars in line. Need a good manager and motivated crew to show people they care about their business and free time.

Good service and good was pretty good but price is high for fast food.
