It was they just reopened their dinning room today. I had the 4 piece chicken strips with mashed potatoes and , also with white gravy for dipping. Very good.ud83dude01
Food is good enough. It's what you expected any sort of fried grilled or otherwise chicken to taste like, but the service is lacking. Missed something on every one of my last three visits. The last one was ALL of my three family size sides. They also do not answer the phone and making a trip to sit in a line for 20 minutes makes the trip far less attractive
Problem solved after 45 minutes of waiting. I resolved the problem myself. I returned the entire $50 order so that you could trash it all. I waited 45 minutes after being told the error would be corrected. Come to find out the missing item wasn't charged for. Unfortunately instead of just correcting your error. I was told I'd have to further pay. No thanks! I hope you have a website, I definitely want to post a review.
I love the gizzards and the rolls. They were pretty busy though and appeared to be understaffed. The wait time was pretty bad. Only reason for the 4 stars.
The slowest fast-food line I have ever been in, including In n Out during rush-hour. The employees have the worst attitudes and the food is always stale. If it weren't for my wife liking Lotta zing sauce so much, I would make ruining this particular location's future my number one priority in life outside of family and career. I hate this place that much. Do yourself a favor, stay away.
