Arby's

The cashier was nice. The lady handing me honey mustard was not as nice. Food was still good though. You can eat in.

Do not come to this Arby's. They pulled me to the side for a 5 regular roast beef for $10 and I've been here 45 minutes and still waiting. They won't answer the phone and lobby is closed.

Every single time I come to this location I get the worst customer service and I'm either have missing/incorrect food or they failed to give me the sauce that I asked for. Dont respond asking me to fill out a survey. You have the information you need to correct the problem. Get a manager that knows how to hire quality workers. I expected to be greeted and I should get a thank you afterwards considering I'm paying their paycheck. Quit smoking the legal marijuana and you may be able to do your jobs correctly!

Came in to buy supper at near closing time. Staff was preoccupied and apathetic. Didn't get my name, forgot what I ordered. They must have been new. The fish sandwiches were good, though. :)

Worst experience at an arbys....2 days in a row. This was my Mac n cheese yesterday....mostly globs of luke warm cheese. Today I gave opportunity for them to fix, they replaced the Mac n cheese, it took forever like 20mins to get, the cup was half full and again NOT even warm. When trying to fix a customer's bad experience...you need to knock it out of the park...not make it worse. I'll go to Reno store from now on.
