Bryan was our realtor when my boyfriend and I bought our house and he will continue to be for any future real estate purchases. He was quick to respond morning, noon, and night for every question we had (and there were many!) and to look up any listing we were interested in and schedule a showing. When viewing properties, he helped us look at every nook and cranny and had an eye for things we would never have seen or known to look for. He wasn't afraid to get up in the attic and down in the crawlspace to check it out. We looked at a lot of homes that would need some fixing up and he had a lot of knowledge of what we could do ourselves, what we probably shouldn't, etc. He also helped us explore all of our options from having a house built to doing a total renovation of a home to looking in areas we hadn't yet explored. In discussing with friends and coworkers their experiences with home buying and realtors, I'm certain Bryan goes far above and beyond. House hunting is stressful and Bryan was the optimist, expert, and occasionally the voice of reason, that we needed.
