This place use to be awesome however, the owner decided to hike the price up an additional dollar.nnAlso, changed the price after I left. No notice to customers at all. I would seriously consider going to a different dry cleaner!

So tired of arguing with the woman that works/owns that store about how I want my clothes cleaned. She insist on dry cleaning my cotton shirts and I ask for light starch. Just because you think a shirt buttons on a certain side doesn’t make it a blouse. A blouse is usually made not of cotton material and most are pull over or similar. Like I said when I left for the last time, if you’re not going to do what a customer ask, you should call them and give them that choice. I can find someone else that will clean my clothes like I ask!!!

Absolute worst i will never go here again. Brought in some really nice shirts to be cleaned and when i returned they said that 2 of the 4 shirts i brought in were already ripped when i brought them in. Complete lie as i had just worn a shirt the previous day. They showed no customer service not even attempting to reconcile the issue. These were $60 dollar shirts that they have ruined and could not even be honest with me. That is not the way you run a business.

We have used Rodeo for 25 years. I took my comforter to them to clean. They said yes they could clean it. They took my $45 and shrunk my comforter. They could have cared less that we were loyal for so long. All they said was “Whatever you have to do.” I had just bought the comforter in August. Never again will I ever go back. Customer Service was horrible!! Over the 25 years we have used 44th Street and 29th Street.
