DO NOT GO HERE.. Just picked up a tux I dropped off for my Grandpa’s Funeral. It was to simply be cleaned & pressed. It was terribly pressed & there were white marks all throughout my black tux. The lady was clueless on customer satisfaction & kept stating it should be okay. I Hope this Place gets better or goes down the drain ud83dude21

I brought in 3 items to be cleaned. 2 were returned with very bad stains. I asked for a redo. The 2 items were returned in the same unwearable condition. I asked if there was anything that could be done, at least a discount. I was told no that what I brought in was too dirty.nI asked to speak to a manager and I was told I could not. I was offered no remedy at all. This cleaner is very convenient for me but I don't feel comfortable going back.

On the pricey side. One day cleaning service is available. On the bright side I took something to get altered, they told me they couldn't do it, but weren't afraid to refer me to another competitor. This community looks out for each other.

Brite Cleaners refuses to take responsibility for ruining two pairs of $120 chinos. They were turned into Brite after one wear, essentially brand new, from Banana Republic. Brite applied too much heat, singing them and all of the seams/pockets were visible from the outside. After alerting them, and waiting a week, they redid the work. Then, the pants were heavily faded and had a tear on the leg. Brite, admitted fault by redoing the work the first time - then they would not admit they ruined them when their fix did not work. They refused to make right. Along the way they insulted my intelligence for not knowing the details of their process. They also were very rude at multiple levels: manager, associate.nnDo yourself a favor and do not give them access to ruin your clothes.nnThis is my first ever review online - that's how bad their service is.

I caution people DO NOT, repeat DO NOT, use this business! I took my black wool coat in to be cleaned and when I took it out of the bag there was hair on it and red lint JUST LIKE I BROUGHT IT IN. I took it back to the store and the lady said well I’m sure we cleaned it. When I showed her the coat and all the hair and lint she said well that’s how you brought it in. I said I know that’s why I brought it to the c l e a n e r s!!! She offered no apology just confidence they had done a good job on a black coat. BAD SERVICE + POOR QUALITY = I won’t go back
