I took my black coat in to be cleaned. When I wore it, I noticed it has a strong chemical smell but was not cleaned. When I took it back I was told it was cleaned because it smelled like chemicals and they did not have time to remove long and soil, I needed to do that myself so. I have a dirty coat a d I'm out $23.
I've been taking clothes here for years. Mostly I love the location because it's near my home. My clothes have always come back to me clean and beautifully pressed.
Waste of time, I would rather be told you cont do something!
Terrible cleanersnMany articles of clothing sent back to be re cleaned and also ruined a $90 dollar shirt and could not do anything to make it right. Claimed we sent it to them with the stain already on it and they could not get it out. Said it was glue or something. I would not be upset if the stain was sent to them to try to get out and they could not do it. I am upset that the shirt was sent back with a big blue stain on the front. Also ruined a cashmere sweater. Do not use this cleaner go to Yale.
