Traveling for work. Picked this place I usually don’t stay at these because where I live this particular hotel is full of drug addicts. This happened to be the cheapest option this week so I figured what the hell. Man I’m glad I did! My room was clean and more up to date than most I stay in. Front desk guy was super friendly. Most of the other people here were working out of town as well. Lots of eating places across the street in every direction!
I booked a room online for my husband because he got off work late, the roads are iced over so I went through their OWN WEBSITE, the Americas Best Value inn pryor website at around 11:30 pm on 02/09/21 and he went to check in at the hotel 11:41pm. They stated that this website that is made for them has been down for bookings for the past 3 days and anyone booking online, making payments online will not be getting a room. They were booked for the night. The only way to have gotten a room by reservation is by calling them. They refused to give us a refund because they were unable to access their online portal and advised to contact the WEBSITE for the refund, that is their own website and only has their phone number listed as a contact?? So it's been 3 days, you knew your website has been down and no one has fixed it?? IT people don't take that long. Sounds like I was just cheated out my money but my husband was able to get a room at Hotel Pryor and he explained to them how he got cheated and they gave him a huge discount off his room. DISAPPOINTED at the way they handled this. Not even a sorry. Will not book again!!!
My stay here was nice. The staff were at my room for cleaning and to make sure everything is ok. I would recommend this hotel
Horrible don't stay in this hotel the owner is rude and they won't clean your room the owner is always calling police on his guest's
It was fine sheets were clean and we had hot water so i cant complain
