I've always had a great time here. The staff is friendly and I appreciate that they have drink stations set up with complimentary beverages (unlike Osage which offers vending machines only). The games seem to pay out a fair amount of the time and I like the variety. In my opinion the best array of slot games and they have live craps and table games. They close to clean overnight which is occasionally inconvenient and I've experienced a couple ride employees when closing time approaches but overall a great experience.

Good atmosphere, great staff, and I hit frequent jackpots there. Only negative thing I can say, even though I completely understand where they're coming from is how they IMMEDIATELY tell you to pull your mask up even though they can clearly see you in the middle of a sip. But it could be worse I guess. Also, trying to find out anything online about how your reward point system works. I've literally found nothing other than what's offered as a Platinum Member. How to redeem your complimentary room would be nice.

I wanted to compliment you on a couple things. First Your band selection last month and your upcoming schedule for Riffs is awesome. I also wanted to compliment one of your workers - Luce. Since we have been going to Riffs to watch the bands my husband and I wanted to tell you how hard he works. His job isn’t always easy but he handles it in stride. He is incredibly polite and very professional. We wanted to let you know we will continue to patron Riffs and that Luce and the staff there are a big reason why.

Nice hotel and Casino. Under major construction but overall a good experience. Staff are friendly, food is good and reasonably priced, hotel rooms are very nice. We were not aware that this is a non-smoking facility except outside in designated areas. We think that is great however not our personal preference and will not be returning to the casino/hotel.

Last Saturday my mom called and asked if I wanted to go to Hard Rock Casino already knowing my answer we were pulling in the parking garage ( level 4 ( lucky parking spot ) ) an hour later. We had a blast of a time and there were tons of new slots to choose from ranging from penny machines to progressive and even a hundred dollar slot for those trying to hit the biggest jackpot. The gift shop is cool, they have Starbucks iced coffee and neat Hard Rock apparel which they change out often so you won't see the same stuff every time you go in shopping. The parking garage is the best way to go, you get out of your car and take the elevator straight to the casino floor.
