Cherokee Hotel & Casino West Siloam Springs

I really enjoy coming here. Enough that we drive 2 hours to do so. We win enough to make it fun,and the atmosphere is nice. They have a good selection of slots and there's never an issue with finding a place to play. The food is good at the coffee shop and the cafe. The promotions are actually worth the effort of using the players club card. I went from the first level to the second level in about 2 visits. The only drawback for me is I can't smoke and play it. Which if that's the only thing I dislike they're doing it all pretty freaking great.

Rooms were very nice and clean. Had a King bed. It was VERY firm and not too comfortable for me or the wife. No Kleenex in the room which was strange, but maybe an oversight by maid service. Flint Creek Steakhouse-food was great, but be ready to wait! Staff was extremely slow and never saw anyone again after we ordered our food. Food was brought by a server that said nothing. Never was asked for refills and had to basically yell at waitress to get ticket after waiting 20 minutes after we finished eating. Casino was very clean and being a non-smoker the fact that the entire property was smoke free was awesome! No stuffy nose or smoke headache the next morning! Wish every casino was that way! Would stay again.

Did not win but had a wonderful time. Excellent clean, safe, non-smoking casino demonstrating real concern for their customers and employees health. Great place to go for safe, healthy entertainment and a good chance for winning some money if you're lucky.

As we know they all have there moments.. Have done well here but have had not so good times too.. just be careful and don't take more than you can afford.. it is a Non Smoking Casino now. Good for me a tad rough on hubby.. They work hard at keeping it clean. There on top of behavior there..
