Worst costumer service I have ever experienced. My pool vacuum has been there for months. I don’t get an update. I call parts are on back order because of covid. 2 weeks ago I call for another update. Still on back order. I ask if they have one I can use. I’ve not had a pool vacuum this season. Mind you my vacuum is still under warranty. She says, there’s one back there. Let me ask kelly and ill call you back. 2 weeks later. No call. I call again today. No one knows anything. Must have been nichole that told you that and she’s not here.

Very friendly staff. I was there for their 75TH ANNIVERSARY and found some great things for my flower beds.
