Great service and timely response. Plumber was professional and went the extra mile to make sure problem was taken care of.
Was impressed being a new customer, responded quickly. Came worked on the issue. Seem to be corrected. However next day we realized only part of the issue was corrected. Notified him and he said it would be the following weekend and never heard another thing. At his rate we are not happy!

I had a bathtub backing up water, so I call the drain doctor. It wasn't a emergency so we set up a time the next day to unclog it. Garrent came to my house the next day on time and was very polite and knowledgeable about what was causing the issue and unclogged my bathtub.nThank you Garrett with drain doctor.
