Amanda Jo Benavides was the agent for sellers of a home I purchased. I feel sorry for those folks. Ms Benavides was the absolute worst agent I’ve ever dealt with. She was unresponsive, caused delays, didn’t follow through, and acted like a petulant child when confronted with her deficiencies. She hung up on and blocked my agent when we had waited an hour at a scheduled showing because she had not provided the lockbox code. And that was just the beginning of the messes she caused through the whole process. Grateful for my amazing agent who kept things running as smoothly as he possibly could.

Kim Bandy went out of her way to help us in the purchase of our home. She was readily available for house visits, texts and phone calls. She was patient and understanding throughout the entire process and worked hard for us. We are so thankful for all that she did to help us find our home! Ask for her! She is wonderful!

If I could leave zero stars I would, I have been trying for two weeks to get in and see a home of theirs with no response from the agent after leaving multiple voicemails. Called and spoke to their manager who was rude and couldn’t give me any answer as to why the agent wasn’t responding also was not willing to help get me in to see the home. By far the most unprofessional agency I’ve dealt with. If I could add pictures of the home I’m talking about listed directly from their website I would because I don’t want anyone to go through what I have been for two weeks.

My Realtor was Jennifer Hall of United Real Estate, for the sale of my old house and purchase of my new home. Jennifer was able to sell the house for more than I imagined in one day and negotiated a great deal on my new home. There are no hidden costs and everything was straight forward. Saved a fortune. We bought our house remotely and the realtor was not truthful about the state of the home. An inspector was referred to us through the realtor since we didn't know anyone in the area. Both obmitted big details, like mold in the kitchen (which we had to remodel by no choice) and cigarette smell EVERYWHERE. We contacted the realtor after but no follow up was given. Buying through them has cost us more than what we could have ever imagined. If you use them, you're buying at your own risk.
