They are a good one indeed. Currently since March they aren't even charging the late fee for paying your rent provided you pay within the month. I currently stay in one of their properties and am quiet pleased.

Very flexible and professional people to deal with. Maintenance always shows up when requested. Very reasonable prices for rent. The only downside is that they do not offer a pay online option for their tenants.
