I found it easy to work with Ryan and Dustin. Easy but comprehensive. Both listened to what my desires were for a house and, daily, sent me listings focused on what I wanted. Very helpful. Then we looked at the ones I saw online and it didn't take long to find a winner! These men try hard to cover every aspect of my home buying experience. Yes, I highly recommend them both. Yes, I'd use them again if I needed a home buy or sale.

We were super impressed with Ryan Gass, from our first conversation to closing day and beyond. He is knowledgeable, professional, and made every step in the process easy to follow. No questions were left unanswered, and after every text or email, we received a quick and thorough response. He knows the market and did the necessary comp research on each property so we could make an informed decision. When we found our dream house, he handled the offer/counteroffer process as smoothly and painlessly as possible. A+, five stars, 100% delighted!
