I still have yet won any big money their so it still seems like I'm just donating, but I finally got my players card so we'll see.. other than that extremely nice place to get a room, go drink at the bar or have a great dinner at the fine dining restaurant! Also have great staff/security so you will always feel safe at Osage casino. It is small-medium sized casino do there's not much to play but it is still a good time.
When we got there after having a reservation that we were charged $14.99 for making. We were informed that the king size room we had reserved was already taken. That we would have to settle for to queen beds. Upon inspection they were smaller than full size beds. So went back downstairs to complain. They had charged us the same rate as the king room. So after talking to three different people they agreed to give us $30 off. Which by the way wasn't nearly enough. As far as the casino goes, all there amenities were closed, such as coffee to the gamblers, sodas to the gamblers, the restaurant was closed, at one point on a Saturday night they shut down every ATM and ticket Redeemer center and forced everybody to stand in line which was a long line by the way in order to cash out. I do not recommend this place the plumbing we heard gurgling sounds coming from our sink all night long. The only positive thing I can say is that the clerks that helped me get money off my room were pleasant cheerful and receptive.
Great place to hangout with friends. Service is nice. I left my card and was able to retrieve it the next day after going through some security measure, which was nice to see. I would recommend this casino to anybody.
Virgin tight slot machines!! Great place to go throw your money away in a short period. First and last visit! Staff was nice though.
1 to 10. I give it a 5 because of the shady customers but service is good if you use the button on machine. Good food 6 bar if crowds 7 but service at the bar 2. Hotel 4. But open 24/7
