I will never spend money here again. After I realized I left a floor mat here by accident, I went back after and the attendant told me that it had already been thrown away and was gone, and that they don’t keep any items customers might accidentally forget. I’ve had friends and family leave things at other car washes and go back to find they still had it in the office. I don’t understand why IQ wouldn’t keep it for at least a day or two. It obviously happens often enough. Also the attendant herself seemed very disinterested and eager to close the door and get back inside. I didn’t even raise my voice, I had merely just asked about it. The whole interaction took maybe 60 seconds. She just didn’t care. Find a better car wash to spend your money at.
Absolutely superb attendant. Machines did a good job. Only 2 disappointments : 1 undercoat spray needs to last longer and 2 the dryer should last a bit longer too. Overall a great company and will be returning and telling my friends and family.
The staff is always there to help. I've never had a single issue with them. If something is broken, they will fix it when notified about it. If it cost you time on your wash, they will replace it. Definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a good quality car wash to use.
Soft touch wasnt as soft as id thiught but it didnt rip my antenna off just looked like it was going to. As far as value n passes for your money. It may be slower than some but it makes multiple passes and the cleaning solutions had a very pleasant aroma. I will go again.
I really like the IQ car wash. They have very convenient ways to if your a do it yourselfer also free vacuums
