I am so disappointed in my experience.... pics will be in coments. my hair was black on top and a brownish red on bottom... I wanted a red color not exactly maroon and I explained to her why I wanted a lighter color... anyways so I went and got it done pretty color not exactly what I was going for but the color was pretty I will give her that... here's the problem... my roots and more were still black.. and after I got home and put my hair up we noticed a very big ( the entire back of my head) was not red at all.. now I dont know why she didnt say anything about it until I msgs her but she not only used a blow dryer she straightened my hair so there is no way she missed it, and yet she didnt say a word to me about it... I sent her a msgs and showed her and her response was that oh the color slipped out. well where in the hell did it go girl ? it didnt slip out in the 30 minutes it took me to drive home... nor did my hair grow out so much that it looked like I got it done months ago instead of earlier that day... she did offer to put color into the back but why would I let someone who clearly knew they messed up and not say anything touch my hair agian... so not only did I spend $180 to get my hair and a 30 min drive now I have to pay someone else to fix it after I walk around embarrassed for awhile... and the almost $30 tip I left her was a joke! for as much sh!t as she talked on a girl she used to work with about how that girls colors were not coming out right I'm surprised she wouldnt want to fix her own mistakes.
