I hate to say this but Kayla not good at all. 1st, who leaves bleach in for 3 hours. 2nd, since the bleach was on for that long, there should be no blotches of brown in with the color. Plus the hair is shorter on the underside and it was never touched. We was there for over 5 hours. So now the hair is damaged, brittle and dried out, hoping we can save it.nnI would NOT recommend Kayla and will not be going back.
