Pretty Nails

I called in advance to ask if they took walk ins, they said yes and hung up immediately. I didn't even get to finish asking about pricing and services.nNo customer service skills whatsoever. I really wanted to take my daughter to get her nails done and they were close by, so I went anyway. We walked into a mostly empty business and they told us they were too busy. They didn't even ask us what we came for, just booted us out. Rudely. Will not ever try them again. Do not recommend!!

Went in for a manicure and it took 2 hours and I was the only one there. I walked in and took them 20 minutes before they would even start and they were standing around. While they were working on me they kept getting up and LEAVING! The guy doing my nails also cut me with the file and blamed me for it! It’s 1 week later and I’ve been careful with my nails and two have already popped off. Will not be going back to expensive for the terrible service.

I have been going to Pretty Nails since they opened and I continue to be impressed. Every time I go I leave happy. The prices are worth it because their work is great. My mother in law, sister law, and my sister come here.

I love this salon because of the attentive service workers because they have very friendly manners, professional and kind. Clean salon from outside to inside, large and airy parking lot. This Nail Salon has great service, fast and professional. I have never had problems with all the toenails I get here. I will definitely come back and recommend it to my friends.
