The owner personally came out and took care of the first appointment when I bought my new AC unit after telling him how many issues I'd had with Stephen's heat and air. Any needs I've had after install, they were quick to come out and very professional. Couldn't ask for better.

I've used Michael's for servicing my home HVAC system for years, and they've always provided excellent and timely service. However, when I recently had to replace my entire system (which was 19 years old) I got a true experience in exemplary customer care. Not only were they quick to provide a quote and get me on their schedule, but they carefully explained every step throughout the process and instilled confidence in both my selection and their professional workmanship. I couldn't be happier with the overall experience!

Very friendly and professional techs. We just moved in to a new home. They had been here before and knew more about the location of everything than I did. They changed a fuse, thank goodness that's all it was. And they told me where to locate it if it happens again. Great service!
