A-1 Plumbing Heating & AC

Would look for another company before this one. Horrible customer service. Plumber extremely rude and arguemenative. Refuses to listen to customer.

Worst service! Unprofessional rip off artist ! Low quality products! Do not recommend!

This company is struggling...I would recommend Harmon AC. I gave A1 $1000 over a period of 6 service calls, and not a single service call fixed my problems. Called Harmon AC...and Rex fixed my AC in under 30 minutes. When I politely called to try to resolve the issue before going to small claims court, the owner of A1, Rocky, cursed me out and called me several things I won’t repeat on here. I even called back later to give him a second chance and asked him if he’d calmed down and wanted to talk, and it was far worse the second time. I’ll be taking A1 plumbing to court...which is a bummer...because I’m currently in Air Force C17 training and should be focusing on that...but instead I get to focus on this. Professionally, A1 lacks credibility...both plumbing and AC. They charged me $170 to tell me they couldn’t install a sink...which I installed myself...and I’m no plumber. Then they tried to tell me I needed a new AC...and I gave them $800 trying to fix it. After giving up and calling Harmon AC...they immediately fixed it. Rocky...I’m sorry it had to come to this. I’ll talk to my commander about our court date. See you there.nnOn another note, I hope you think long and hard about how you speak to people in the future. Upset or not...just be professional. Don’t call military members lying $*** @$(#)& and hang up on them twice before even letting them say a word. Shame on you. My wife and I just had a baby two days ago...and I’m going to put those hateful comments behind me. Again...I’ll see you in court...and expect a BBB report in the mail soon.

They came when they were scheduled, as well as called first to make sure someone was present. They did the work quickly and cleaned up after themselves.
