Prompt reaction in a crisis. We had a sewer line rupture in our business basement — a crisis for us. Luckinbill was quick to respond to triage the situation and within two hours had the heavy equipment and personnel on site to do excavation and repair. Thanks to Luckinbill’s James Jones, a smart guy with a good ol’ boy personality who made things happen — FAST — when we really needed it.

May be one of the most expensive place to call. $90+ AND a fee for driving to the location of service. Asked for a call before the tech heads to my place so I can meet him in case I’m not home. No phone call. Pulled up to my house and the tech was there on his phone, thought he just got there. Worked for maybe 30 mins. Found the “problem”. Ordered parts, installed the parts. Issue still not resolved. I was charged over $1,000 for less than 2 hours of work, parts were replaced but did not need to. Spending this much money yet the issue was not solved. Ended up calling a different company and it was fixed for less than $300. VERY UNSATISFIED!!
