This is a worthwhile place to stop and see! Plan on staying a while, so much to see. I wish we could have met Watermelon he sounds like he was a hoot! The two ladies there are very sweet (on of them is Watermelon's wife)! Will definitely go back to see again!

Came in from Argonia, KS. The museum was amazing. And the story about his life seems very interesting. Watermelon sounds like an amazing guy and his love for trains was very impressive.nnThis is a must see museum.

Oh how I enjoyed this museum and I felt like a kid again! I was sadden about Mr watermelon passing this past January but hist wife was special and she told us a lot!nnFolks jist remember that you need to take ypu time to enjoy this and just help the museum with donations and just let your inner child go and enjoy this museum and yes some areas are hands on!

Great tour by 90 year old owner of the museum collection. I would recommend to anyone with an interest in railroad history!
