Great hotel. Super clean, very nice staff. They have a great breakfast layout and reasonable room prices.
We were greeted by a friendly staff and recognize as rewards members right away. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, comfortable bed, hot shower and breakfast was great. This was our second stay at this particular hotel and will continue to book there for future business trips.
We book here in July to stay durning a wedding we were attending in Enid. The night before there was a storm and apparently there was electric issue at the hotel and they canceled our reservation. That was fine and understandable what was not was charging us for a stay we never had. Both I and my husband call over and over and was never able to be put through to a manger. It been months and we have never been able to get a refund I would never recommend anyone stay here.
I’m a repeat visitor because the cleanliness, and how lovely the facility is.nnKristie, Megan, Bob and Mike made my stay just like I was staying with family! Thank y’all for everything you do and have done!
Where do I start, staff was amazing and very helpful, breakfast was 5 ⭐. Full hot breakfast which is hard to find due to all this covid stuff, the room price was less than it should have been for the quality of the suite they put me in, the bed was comfortable and everything was just awesome. Will stay here again when I come back to Enid.
