We stayed at this hotel for two days. This is clean and cozy hotel even in the middle of a snow storm. The breakfast was served by Rosy ,a hotel employee complying with the health recommendations of social distancing ...with wide variety of hot food that included bacon , scramble egg, omelette , sausage and pastry . There were ample of choices at the beverages area. The most complete breakfast we had lately at the holiday inn . Specially when is served by a hotel employee.nIt is an old hotel and I can tell they maintain it clean and very functional .nI recommend a suite with jacuzzi , ample and comfortable .
Terrible Customer service, horrible breakfast lacking selection & had uncomfortable presence of an employee staring while we ate. The hallways were under 50 degrees, & missing ceiling tiles as well as some ceiling tiles had seemed to be rotting out. We rented the jacuzzi suite which was for the most part a decent room, but not for the price considering the mold under the tub plug. There was also a red stain lining the top of the jacuzzi. We brought an HDMI cable to watch our own shows, but there was no was to change the INPUT on the TV. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Horrible experience, came in excited, left mad & disappointed.
Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean. Our floor was being renovated, but it was clean and unnoticeable except the signs. Breakfast is available for pick up to take back to the room. Rooms have refrigerators. Great water pressure. Good selection of tv channels. Pool was clean, a little cold.
Very pleasant stay! Very nice staff, very clean, very comfortable beds, and excellent water pressure!! Would definitely stay there again.
The bed was kinda hard and when I went to get breakfast in the morning the only thing they had was eggs and bacon and pancakes for breakfast .also they have to serve your food for you . And the drinks were warm and when we walked up I had to go get someone to help because noone was watching the breakfast bar . Needless to say I just went somewhere else to get food instead
