I called to report that a person had parked their truck and trailer in front of Braums, clearly blocking handicap parking but since I was non emergency I was put on hold for 4 minutes so I never got to tell them.nnThis is the 2nd time I have been put on hold. If you call the chief's office the secretary will demand that you tell her what you want to speak to the chief about. She wouldn't even allow me to leave a voicemail for the chief. City managers secretary was nicer when I spoke to her.
Called to find out about tornado relief - very kind and very helpful!!!!
Tonight I made a call to 911 because I felt as if I was in danger at my workplace. I wasnt even on the phone with 911 for 3 minutes when the first police officer pulled up. Even though it turned out to be nothing serious at all, it is nice to know my safety is in great hands with El Reno Police. Thank you officers!
Got here at 11:47 am. Drove an hour, Still waiting for someone to help with an open records request from my brothers accident that took his life. Still waiting. Will post when we finally get helped. It is now 12:01 PM. Got my help at 12:10.
