I took my mattress cover here and sadly they messed up and burnt it and melted pieces of it and it did shrink, but accidents happen and the thing that made me give 5 stars is the fact they fixed it! They wrote me a check without even fighting or arguing about it, reimbursing me so I could go buy a new cover and then reimbursing me for cleaning charge. The president of the company even wrote me a little apology note. Definitely amazing customer service.

Not a fast turn around time . Closed on weekends don’t help either
