My parents used to take me to the museum, you may think I would hate it as a child, but I loved it. I suggest for young kids who like going on a child train ride and look at artifacts from the olden days. The only reason why I don't give it a 5 star is because it's not in the best area in Tooele.
Amazing place! Lots of cool things.
I had so much fun
This was a fun experience. However, it felt as though more organization and cataloging could have been done. More about the people working the railroad and history about them rather than so much about trains and the mining industry. I was hoping to find stuff about my grandpa there because he worked for the railroad in Tooele for so many years. Nothing. Not even much about other Tooele contributors to the railroad lines... Still, it was a good experience.
Cool place, wish they still had their gift shop.
