Mercy Hospital Watonga

Honestly, i can’t say anything bad about this hospital or the staff. We have taken our toddler here 3 different times and they were on top of everything every time. They were super nice, informative and gentle with him.

I was just here after a nasty fall and busting my head up pretty good. The service was quick and done professional my only complaint is I had to get a CAT scan and had to be wheeled outside to their mobile unit it was cold and rainy so not the most pleasant experience but guess I should be grateful they now have that equipment or I would have had to go to OKC which was not going to happen. The staff was pleasant from the lady who checked us in and the doctor who stapled my broken head up. I do feel the send to many of us to OKC so I am hopeful they continue the upgrades they have been doing last few years

I've been all over this hospital. For an all over experience, I'd have to give it 3 stars. It's hard to get live person on the phone, then when you do they transfer you to another place with a voice mail or something. I'm going to physical therapy right now and they gave me a direct phone number, they said sometimes you can't get through when you call the hospital. Now, for physical therapy I'd give them 5 stars. They know exactly what you need, today I was feeling light headed and had just had a nerve block done on my back. So we took it easy and just worked on my knees and neck. I even got a wonderful neck massage. The nurses station is down the hall..and I've been admitted here, I know the food taste pretty good from the cafeteria, of course it's nothing fancy. Just this month the ambulance brought me to the emergency room twice. There's one doctor that I like, but I haven't seen him for awhile, now it seems to be filled with doctors doing their clinicals are something. They seem quite young and are in and out of your room and don't really give you any instruction. I knew exactly why I had to come in, it was my neurocardiogentic sycope, but if I didn't know, I wouldn't have any clue even after I left. All the nurses seem friendly and helpful, and they CAN find your veins with full determination lol I still have bruises on my arms where they tried and failed till they hit one ouch! I just posted pics of the physical therapy part..it's located in the back of the hospital with their own parking lot right off of 4th Street.
