Austin came out to check pipes, appliances and toilets to dispute a huge increase in our water bill (usage). He even walked our entire yard to look for leaks. He was friendly, thorough and knowledgeable.nExcellent service!nnCameron was on time, which was communicated very well by Blythe. Cameron explained his recommendations in terms we could understand.nCameron was also very personable, friendly, polite and thorough. Need more service people like him.

Colby was my technician that helped me. He determined some plumbing issues I had in a home that had been neglected for many years. He was very professional and personable. He answered all my dumb questions with expertise and patience. Kudos to B & J for hiring someone of his caliber. Very reasonable. Hard to find a technician like Colby along with a reasonable price for repairs. Five star company and service.

We highly recommend B&J to anyone looking for plumbing, hvac or heating service. Their team is beyond professional. They are responsive and would inform us when they were on their way and when they were finished for the day. They respected our home and cleaned up after themselves. The technicians and crew were so polite and respectful. They explained how our new system worked in detail.
