The chicken was so juicy and delicious. The breading was extremely flavorful and just amazingly scrumptious. I want even more now. Mmmmmm. One thing, somehow we got spicy when we didn't order it, but it wasn't so spicy we couldn't handle it, so whatever. The biscuits were ginormous! Absolutely huge! About 2.5 of a Popeye's biscuit worth. And so good. Though I do have to say that Popeye's has a really good salty butter sauce on it.
First time ever and last time ever. Food was very underwhelming on all 3 different orders we had. We only stopped because chic fil a was closed.
I'm not understanding why customer service is lacking today, but this Bojangles used to be my go to otw to Greenville. Today and the last few times, the service and quality of the food were substandard at best. I asked for two FRESH cheddar-bo biscuits. We waited 20 minutes. If the person taking the order would've listened, they would've called it back before I left the speaker. My family and I waited 10 minutes & no food. My daughter goes in to be told that the biscuits hadn't been put in. Please train these young people properly and monitor them management. Do better.
This Bojangles is a very poor service. I've been waited for my order an hour. I was there before the people came in. They got their order before me which should be my order. A girl who work at the cashier talked too much and she didn't put the right order in line. And the Co-manager is too fat to work there. He is too slow. I will never go back there again. They better credit my money back to my bank. I've never seen any Bojangles like this one who is the worst service in Wilson NC.
Great food good service, but fries weren't packaged at all just in baking sheet paper
