All the guys at Water Works are friendly, professional, and very helpful. Thorough pre-cleaning by hand before going through auto wash to get those problem areas. Their monthly unlimited plans are well worth it if you wash your car more than twice a month. Free vacuum. We love the Haunted Car Wash this year! Great job, Water Works!
I was having my car washed by Water Works Car Wash once a week until the past 8 times it has come out looking filthy!nEvery time I go, I have asked them to please brush some of the heavier soiled spots off & if I don't ask, it's not done.nOne employee was very nice & explained that no matter what wash is selected from the menu, your car should always be brushed.nI am very disappointed & not happy with their service.
My car always looks great after getting an almost everything at the brush wash (not touchless).
This is an excellent car wash with very pleasant and professional staff.
