I went there for the first time in my year and a half at App. It started off fine with the order. There was no one there. I had to wait on my 6 piece mozzarella sticks and move forward. There were two other cars who also had to wait behind me. They got their food before mine (which happens, I waited like 10 minutes I'm not salty about that) but then girl dropped my food and the mozzarella sticks dropped to the ground. She picked all but 2 of them up and went back inside. She came out a few minutes later with a complimentary jomocha shake and apologized profusely. When I was going home I saw that I only had 4 mozzarella sticks and one of them was broken. I threw them away. I can only assume on the timeline that these were the ones that fell on the ground. My other food was cold when I got to eat it.nnEdit: Was contacted by the general manager and amends were made. Upgrading rating to 3 stars. Customer service ex post facto is super important.

Drive thru only. Ordered ruben without any dressing...had to scrape off what seemed like extra dressing. Since it was a to go order, could not go back. Opened several miles away!
