Pretty disappointing experience customer service wise. Had a larger order and was told to come inside the next time that much food was ordered in a very rude way. If the order was to large to be taken through the drive through the cashier should have advised menTo pull around and come inside. Taco Bell might want to update their google business page to also reflect that inside dinning and ordering is an option. Didn’t even receive all the food and was charged “for a helping hand”?

My experience at this restaurant tonight AND last night was absolutely disgraceful. Last night, they were out of everything. I went back today to try and give it a second chance. I ordered over $30 worth of food for people and my order was barely even right. I paid for things I didn’t even get, and got random things I didn’t order put in my bag. I ordered a doritos locos taco meal and didn’t even get any of them. Instead, I got soft tacos. I’m honestly disgusted with the lack of care this place has. This restaurant needs to step it up before it loses a very loyal taco bell goer. Absolutely ridiculous.

Literally the worst taco bell I've ever been to. You're better off just cooking at home or going to any other restaurant or fast food place in boone. Do you want warm food that tastes good? You're asking for too much then. I gotta tell ya, this place really really sucks. Wouldn't let my worst enemy eat here.

Slow, didn't get some things we ordered, would only accept cash & were not told this until after we had waited in line for about 20 minutes.
