Love this Jersey Mike's. Staff is friendly and wear their masks properly, no chin diapers here! Place is clean and food taste fresh.nNo eating indoors right now during covid but they do have a small table outside.
Generally good food. No one seems to answer the phone and online menu doesn’t seem to match their app. Google and other platforms seem to say they deliver. At one point they had a sign saying deliver . Covid options like curbside are unclear. By the time you pay a takeout delivery service to travel two blocks , you’d be better ordering from a competitor that has better customer service and clearer options
I've been a customer at this location for a long time. The one star is not for the franchise or restaurant, it is for the way that I was treated as a customer, rude and disrespectful. I do not believe it was a regular employee, it was probably management. I will no longer be doing business at this location. There is no point to leave a reply under my comment saying that you want to know more about my experience. The experience was the rudest I've ever been treated in this restaurant I have been in recently and seen the other customers treated rudely as well. It is unnecessary happy customers are your number one source for business.
I always get the #5 Giant and split it with friends, and it is so good! Out of the many times I've been there I have only had an issue with my food 1 time! It was dealt with promptly and professionally. Very kind staff. My favorite spot when I'm craving a hoagie!
This place is awesome.i went and got me Philly cheese steak sub from there and it's absolutely the best one I've ever had
