Had one of my favorite pair of jeans hemmed here, and now they look like a new pair! Excellent work! I made the mistake of taking them to another local business that specializes in alteration's, only to be extremely disappointed. Go with A Cleaner World first!
Service seems like their washing with Gold washing detergent. Have two 5 pound bags could be wash in two loads. At exactly 1:25 p.m on Thursday the 11th the manager said I be lucky to get it back by Monday. Wow ud83dude33
We took my wife’s wedding dress in for cleaning. When we dropped it off, nothing was said about having to use a different process. We were told when we dropped it off, “We can get that out, no problem!”nnThe dress came back about a month and a half later. Again, when we dropped it off, nothing was said about a delay. When we picked it up, there were stains still on the dress. The manager stated that they had to use a “more gentle process” for wedding dresses, also something they failed to mention. The “cleaned or free” guarantee doesn’t apply. I won’t be taking anything else back there!!! Worthless!
This is a great establishment. They do great work and have wonderful attentive customer service.
I came to your location today in Boone and used the curbside dropoff service. An employee came to my car without a mask on and all of the employees in the store were not wearing masks. When I asked the employee who took my clothes if they wore masks he said he was outside so it did not matter.
