Jim was super responsive and very easy to work with. Showed up on time and did a great job! We were happy with the results even though we had tricky sofas to clean.
Highly recommend, they were very responsive, and booked me in quickly after my kids had covered their carpet in sudocream. You can't even see now where it was, carpets look great. I will use them again!
Jim was very professional and promptly returned my phone calls inquiring about upholstery cleaning. I choose to go with Dove Carpet and Upholstery cleaning because Jim has had extensive training in upholstery cleaning, and I wasn't looking for someone to do something just a notch above renting a Rug Doctor (spare yourself and go with a professional; if you add up everything you have to get to rent one and the appropriate items needed to clean upholstery and then add in your time, you lose money not hiring a professional). I wanted someone to clean a new-to-me sofa and know that it was cleaned correctly. The price was SUPER reasonable and Jim arrived during the allotted time frame, and since this was a small job, he was done and gone within 40 minutes. If you value your assets and time, even if it is just furniture, call Jim for your upholstery and carpet cleaning needs.
