Very impressed with Full Steam Ahead. Very friendly and interested in providing the best for their customer! I called at 8 am on a Monday morning requesting carpet and upholstery cleaning for my son's new apartment b/c he was having an allergic reaction to either the carpet or the upholstery. Pete and his team were at his apartment before noon and got the job done that day. Definitely recommend them!

If I could give 0 stars I honest to God would. This business owner is extremely rude, disrespectful, AND unprofessional. Honestly don't know how he has a business when he treats and talks to people the way he does. Assumes a sort of authority and has a complex that he is somehow superior to others around him.
