I had four orginal Persian and other oriential rugs cleaned. One very large and three smaller. On time, friendly and professional. Price was great and turn around time was exactly as they said it would be. I would highly recommend.
We had a very unexpected flood. Ron went out of his way, literally 45 minutes, to come to our rescue. He had things under control quickly and provided all of the equipment we needed to clean up. He was professional, quick and experienced. I would highly recommend Jo-Lynn if you ever experience flooding or another mess that needs a professional!
This company came through in a big way! My family needed help with clearing out an entire basement and the guys put in the work! From beginning to end, Jo-Lynn’s never let us down! I had water damage at my home that I was unaware of that lead to mold damage, not only did Ron from Jo Lynn respond fast on the weekend but price was very reasonable. Also when there was major flooding in Hickory last year my friends house had severe damage and everyone they called kept saying we will try to get out in a week, we called Ron and he came out within a couple of hours. Great job, fast and honest and very reasonable prices.
