We went here for pick up, food was great and sadly I cant review the place myself (the inside). I had my brother pick up for me but what he did tell me was it smelled great and also that it was very clean. This is not my opinion but I trust my brother, this is my first time there so consider yourself lucky.

Just wanted to share that I usually stop here for morning breakfast periodically during the week. The staff is always prompt and friendly and the food is tasty. Even if they have a long line in the morning, they go the extra mild to get you through the drive thru line quickly. This morning I came through the line and placed my order. Due to the long line an attendant was outside to take the order. After I placed my order, I realized I left my atm card in a coat at home. He did not skip a beat, he said he understood and proceeded to pay for my order. I just wanted to say to him I appreciate your thoughtfulness and kindness. Thank you to Bojangles for employees like him and for your great service.

Always fresh food and the boberry biscuits are soaked through with glaze, so top notch on those.

I ordered food from this location through DoorDash. Very hungry family and when the food arrived we were missing so many things. I’m sure many of you can relate to having missing items after you have been waiting so long for your food through delivery. Especially after knowing you paid the money for it. We were missing fries, drinks and every single sauce we had ordered for our meals. It was so upsetting. Thankfully doordash as a great system and gave me a credit to my account. However, I also called the restaurant so they know about the issue as they were the real problem. The manager said “if you have your receipt just keep it handy if the delivery driver is coming back” I replied “no it is not it doesn’t matter that much doordash gave me a credit” I tried to explain to him that he should try and make sure this doesn’t happen again not only for me but for other customers. Personally I do not want to order from doordash again, not for Bojangles. I have had problems with Bojangles even when ordering in person have had gas items made incorrectly or missing. So, really I should have known delivery wouldn’t be better off as I wouldn’t be able to notice in time to get it corrected. SIDE NOTE: I do not have any problems ordering from any restaurants through DoorDash.
