The staff at this JM are happy, upbeat and helpful. My company often uses them for catering when we have meetings or training classes. My co-workers and I visit weekly for our own lunch. The food is always fresh, and even when they're busy they don't rush you through your order. JHanna and the store manager (I forget his name- with the glasses and the small daughter) are always friendly and even know my order (extra mushrooms!). 5-stars, would definitely recommend!

Customers beware! Never use this location for your catering!! I ordered two boxes with a variety of subs for my daughters birthday party, they are quite pricey (spent almost $200) and I was expecting each one to be nicely labeled so that my guests could grab and go and to keep things as contactless as possible during this pandemic. None of the sandwiches were labeled at all. I also asked for condiments on the side- we received none. So despite my efforts to keep things simple, each sandwich had to be unwrapped to know what was what. Take your business to another location so you don’t have to experience what we did. I know other locations do a much better job. I have reached out to management and have yet to be acknowledged.

I really don't like posting bad things on Google reviews but this is beyond unbelievable. My husband went here to get dinner Tuesday evening and he sent me a video a woman making his food, then proceeded to take someone payment, mess with her uniform with her gloves on then went back to making his sandwich! Not only considering that COVID is going on, but how unhygienic. Very disappointing. I live less then a mile from here and don't know if we'll be going back for a while

I definitely will not be back I ordered two #44 on wheat bread and instead I received two #44 on white bread I didn't notice untill I ate half of one I returned the other one and they made me another #44 I'm not satisfied especially because I had to make a 20 minute drive two the same place twice

Do not order delivered through the app. There is always an issue. Sandwiches are wrong or items are missing. This is the third time in a row I’ve had an issue. Jersey Mikes won’t refund you for it because Door Dash deliveries for them. Door Dash won’t refund you because they claim Jersey Mike’s should.
