Took in two comforters on Monday and estimated time for both for pickup was Friday. We were fine with this but called to inquire if by chance they could turn around sooner. One ended up being ready Wednesday and the other was ready Thursday. I was contacted by phone for updates on the completion and additionally was texted and emailed. Customer service was great and we were able to pickup sooner. Lastly the comforters were nice and clean and smelled great. Will definitely be using again. Again wonderful customer service goes a long way!
Sent household (not clothing this time) items for drying cleaning via pick up and delivery. They come back nicely done. However, note that household goods take more time than clothing.
I signed up for the delivery wash fold service online and within an hour I had a personalized text an email with set up the very next day. The driver was amazing about the pick up and drop off even after running into some hiccups with the leasing office that was totally out of his control. I am so glad I found them. And will be a loyal customer for a long time ud83dude0d
Great business at a reasonable price. Their pick up and delivery laundry and dry cleaning service has been especially valuable during the pandemic.
