I was recommended to CARE Services for a rental property by a former employee of this company. My issues is a rental property that has black mold everywhere and has to be completely gutted.nnYesterday - Within an hour of speaking to customer service, the owner (Adam) reached out to me on a Sunday afternoon and was so helpful in explaining the process of how I can get started to fix the issue.nnToday - By 10am Monday this morning, he already had his team in my unit identifying the issue and determining next steps. For my benefit, he sent out someone to take drone images of the exterior of the unit (HOA owns) should it help me in the future.nnThe professionalism, and go-getter nature of the individuals I've had the pleasure to work with of this company has far exceeded any expectations. Very rarely do you come across such an experience. I would be glad to update my review once our services are complete.

Plumber referred them to remediate mold caused by washer overflowing they came and said mold gone i asked several times and since selling house very important they did not remove all mold homd knsprcter found more i contacted care and very rude person said i did not eant all mold removed just unreal and total bs

It's not a pleasant time when you need restoration services, but if you do, call C.A.R.E Services. Prompt and professional mitigation work was performed to stop further damage caused by a water leak and the subsequent flooring and drywall repairs were exceptional. This company is great to work with. They were very helpful and informative. I had a leak that was causing water to come into my closet, apparently it was leaking near the P-trap under my shower and had made a mess. I got a plumber out and called C.A.R.E Services. They informed me of how quickly mold can start to appear and how important it was to start drying it out. We got them out as soon as possible and everyone was great! They made sure I understood everything going on and helped me with the insurance part of it as well. We also had them do the reconstruction part because we were so impressed with them. They do top grade work and they really know what they are doing. I highly recommend them. Thanks C.A.R.E Service's!!
