This review is on behalf of my mom (who doesn’t have a google account). She hired this company to clean the carpets in her home. She had an wonderful experience—from booking to service. The owner was very responsive and kept her up to date on his arrival time. The carpet cleaning came out wonderful and the price was very fair. She highly recommends this company for anyone looking for a professional, respectful, and thorough carpet cleaning company.
The before and after photos I posted say it all. My 2.5 and 5 year old sons had destroyed our light grey carpet with food, juice, markers, paint, dirt/mud, the list goes on and now the carpet looks practically brand new, a drastic improvement. Tremayne was punctual, professional, and friendly. Easy to book online and pricing is reasonable. Will definitely use his services again and would definitely recommend!
We are selling our house and have a cat, so we either needed to replace the carpets or get a deep clean to remove the stains. I found TW Pro online and decided to give them a shot. It took about an hour and Tremayne did an amazing job. The carpets look brand new! I will 100% use them for the new house and recommend them to everyone I know.
Highly recommend this service. Our carpets are noticeably cleaner. Tremayne was very professional, very responsive, on time (actually called and was able to come earlier), he was also very accommodating of our location being a little further out than his normal range- I appreciate that! I am thoroughly impressed! My carpets were awful, with heavy traffic stains and one room had large stains that I'm sure made him want to run and leave. The carpet hadn't been cleaned professionally since I moved in 5 years ago. Once he was finished, the carpet looked like new! I will definitely be calling on this company in the future as well as referring him to friends.
